OCCUPIED STAGING
We will guide you step by step in preparing your house for sale and answer any questions you might have about this important event. Our professional staging services will enable your home to stand out against the competition.

We help clients by providing a plan and carefully choosing accessories that highlight the home’s best features while downplaying the flaws.
We will send you a client information package prior to the first meeting. This package explains the home staging process and outlines tips and checklists to help prepare your home for showings.
The initial consultation is the first step in the process. It includes a detailed written report outlining the most important recommendations. The goal is to create a more cohesive and current look for potential buyers.
Once you complete this initial step and are interested in showcasing your property, we will propose a design plan with specifically selected furniture, accessories, artwork and soft goods to create a space that a buyer will love.

A 60-minute occupied staging consultation fee with written report: starts at $350
A variety of staging packages and options to suit your budget, such as a basic package (main level, principal bedroom and ensuite) or custom packages.
A 50% deposit is needed to secure a staging date. The remainder is due on staging day.
VACANT STAGING
Our expert staging will complement the style of the house and appeal to the lifestyle of potential buyers interested in the property. Stunning photos that showcase the best features of the property will maximize its value and attract the most discerning buyers.

We are focused on showing the true value of each property. During the initial visit/consultation, we assess the needs in terms of the home’s unique selling features. We then develop a design plan to incorporate the best choices of furniture and accessories needed.

The cost for the initial visit/consultation is included in the staging services package. Depending on the rooms to be staged, we offer a variety of packages and options to suit your budget, such as a basic package (main level, principal bedroom end ensuite) or custom packages.
If you do not wish to move forward with the staging package, there is a $200 visit/consultation fee.
A 50% deposit is needed to secure a staging date. The remainder is due on staging day.
